The Shimano Vortex family features a Power-Carbon blank specially designed to take the knocks, an integrated glass tip so as to retain sensitivity from the bite to the fight and also enhance overall performance without compromise.
These features allow Kiwi anglers to take full advantage of the more traditional bait fishing techniques including the perfect match for the Shimano Baitrunner series, surfcasting options, land based rock fishing, straylining with overhead reels and deploying baits in to the benthos for hapuku and the like.
