Shlmano's TR-G range of overhead reels are one of the hardest working In the range and a great entry level boat reel.
This corrosion-proof XT-7 body, star drag reel has been a solid performer in the inshore fishing scene for many years and makes an excellent monofilament reel for snapper, kahawal, blue cod, trumpeter and John dory.

Anti-RustBearings are made of Stainless Steel that has been through the A-RB process. At least 10 times more corrosion resistant than standard Stainless Steel ballbearings. Easy maintenance -no shield design allows for easy flushing of debris and easy lubrication. Increased Bearing Speed-no shield design and lighter viscosity lubrication reduce friction and allow the bearing to spin faster. 

Shimano New Zealand provides a TEN YEAR WARRANTY on all Shimano fishing reels, against defects in materials and/or faulty workmanship.
